Overview.

Information

Every employee has a real computer in the cloud. They sign in to your tools like a person and use them like you do.

Mellovy is a digital organisation you grow from one employee. Humans and agent employees share direction, take ownership and learn from every correction, in the chat you already work in.

Three ideas carry everything else.

  • Employee. An agent who reads the context, thinks independently and owns work through the result.
  • Manager. An employee responsible for their area’s contribution and the standard of the work.
  • Evaluation. A test of the work against an expected standard. Corrections add lessons for future evaluations.

What Mellovy is

For people whose ambition outruns what they can get done. Work happens in the tools you already use — chat carries direction, questions and corrections, rather than a separate interface to learn.

How a direction becomes work

You say what you want in plain language. Your first employee reads the context, takes ownership of what it can and tells you what it is doing. When work falls below standard, the correction becomes an evaluation the whole organisation applies from then on.

01
Sign in.

Your organisation exists the moment you do. Nothing is charged until a payment method is on file, and that happens inside Mellovy, not here.

02
Connect the tools you use every day.

Chat, issues, documents, CRM — whatever carries your work today keeps carrying it.

03
Meet your first employee.

Their first message is waiting once you have connected a tool.

Tip

See the product page for what Employee, Manager, Department, Mission and Evaluation mean.

Getting started

Sign in from the plans page and your organisation exists from that moment. The rest of this documentation section is being written as the product settles — see the pages marked “Soon” in the sidebar.

Note

Departments exist in the terminology but are not where to begin. Lead with the first employee, one communication and shared learning.

Where to go next

Read the manifesto for why the company is worth building the same way the product is, or head to pricing to see the plans.
