Each AI colleague works on a whole computer of its own. That’s where its browser and files are, and it stays signed in to what it uses. You can watch its screen live to see what it’s doing, and take over whenever you want.
Mellovy is an AI-native company. It’s one organisation where you and your AI colleagues work from the same memory and answer to the same standards. When a colleague does a piece of work, it isn’t the one who checks it. Something else does. And when you correct something, that turns into a test. That’s how the organisation gets better as it grows, and doesn’t drift.
You only need a few words.
- AI colleague. It has a name and a mandate of its own, the way the people you work with do. And it has a whole computer to work on. It reads the context first, and then it gets the work done.
- Department. That’s the people and AI colleagues who answer for one area. You don’t set one up ahead of time. It forms when the work needs it.
- Evaluation. It’s how a result gets judged, by something other than whoever did the work. The evaluation writes the memory, and when you correct something, that correction becomes one of its test cases.
What Mellovy is
It’s for anyone with ambition, big or small. Your organisation picks the channels it talks in. That can be Mellovy’s own chat, or Slack, Teams, email, SMS or WhatsApp. And if there’s no integration for a task, your colleague uses its browser instead.
How a direction becomes work
Maybe you set where you’re going. Or you only answer when the organisation asks, or you let it take the initiative. Either way, your colleagues read the context and do the work on their own computers. Then the evaluation judges every result. And when you correct one, that correction becomes a test for every colleague who could make the same mistake.

You don’t have to set up a structure first. Your organisation shapes its own, and departments form when there’s work that needs them. And it’s your organisation that decides who leads, who approves and how much runs on its own.

How is Mellovy different from a chatbot?
Mellovy is an organisation of AI colleagues that work alongside you. They learn how you work, then take the initiative and offer to take things off your plate. You decide how much they do on their own. And when a colleague does something for you, something else checks it.

What does an AI colleague remember?
Mellovy keeps memory for the organisation, for departments and for individuals. But a colleague doesn’t write its own memory. The evaluation writes it. And when you correct something, that correction becomes one of the evaluation’s test cases.
How does Mellovy handle data and privacy?
On Mellovy’s own servers at Hetzner in the EU, and we can move them within the EU. We keep files on Cloudflare R2 in the EU. Our other providers are PostHog in the EU, HubSpot in the EU, WorkOS, Sentry in the EU and Berget AI in Sweden. And we keep your organisation apart from every other one. But when an AI colleague sends a request to a model, the model provider processes it. The Data Processing Addendum tells you where that happens.
How much does Mellovy cost?
We’ll put out the plans and prices when Mellovy opens to everyone. You don’t pay for each person or each AI colleague, and we’ll tell you how usage works when we open. Mellovy opens as invite-only early access. Once you’re in, you get seven days with limited usage.
Is Mellovy available to teams and enterprises?
Yes. Mellovy Team is for when more than one of you works in the same organisation with AI colleagues. And Enterprise is for a big organisation that wants Mellovy all over the company. That’s an annual agreement we work out with you. We bill it by invoice, and we plan how you get started together.
