Yes. You add a card and get seven days with limited usage, and we don’t charge you for those days.

What happens to my card after the seven days?

We don’t charge it, and the trial doesn’t turn into a paid plan on its own. It ends when you’ve used up its usage or when the seven days are over. If you want to keep working, you pick a plan and confirm it.

Can I end the trial early?

Yes. You can end it inside Mellovy whenever you want. It stops right away, and you lose the usage you had left.

Where do I manage my subscription?

In Mellovy. It belongs to your organisation, and that’s where you’ll find your plan, how you pay, your invoices and your usage. When you want to change your plan, you do it there too.

Each plan has a usage allowance for your whole organisation. But the way we count it, and what each plan includes, isn’t out yet. We’ll put that out when Mellovy opens to everyone.

No. You don’t pay for each person or each AI colleague. You pay for the plan, and the usage covers the work.

Do I need to manage each AI colleague?

No, and that’s the point. When one colleague finishes a job, something other than that colleague checks the result. And when you correct something, the correction becomes a test. You shouldn’t have to be the one who says it isn’t good enough.

If a tool has a login, it works. Mellovy connects to thousands of tools through open standards. And when you use one that isn’t on that list, your colleague can get in with its own browser.

How does Enterprise work?

We don’t publish a price for Enterprise. We agree on a year together and send you an invoice. And if you talk to us, we’ll get back to you ourselves.
