  • Extreme ownership

    You own the whole result, even the parts you handed to someone else. If you need something, you go find it. If you need the right people, you pull them in. And you see it through.

  • Bias for action

    Use your judgment and get moving. You learn more from trying than from waiting.

  • Shared learning

    Push far enough that you’re sometimes wrong. And when that happens, say it out loud and turn it into a lesson the rest of us can use.

  • Our win is the customer’s win

    If a choice is good for us but bad for the customer, don’t make it.

  • Test the limits

    Question the assumptions first, then test what could work. And let the evidence change your mind.

How we support you.

You shouldn’t have to think about money, health or time off while you work. We’ll put the details here once they’re final.

  • We haven’t set salary bands or equity yet. But if you build Mellovy, you own part of it. We’ll put the numbers here the day we agree on them.
