We’re flat, like the teams we build for. When someone corrects you in front of the room, it stings for a minute. But we still prefer that to explaining the same thing twice. And these values are the same for people and for AI colleagues.

  • Extreme ownership

    When you hand part of the work to someone else, it’s still yours. You find what you need and pull in the right people, and you see it through.

  • Bias for action

    Use your judgment and move. You’ll learn more from trying than from waiting.

  • Shared learning

    Push far enough that you’re sometimes wrong. And when that happens, say it out loud so the rest of us don’t make the same mistake.

  • Our win is the customer’s win

    If a choice is good for us but bad for the people who use Mellovy, we don’t make it.

  • Test the limits

    Question what you assume, then test what could work. And when the evidence says you’re wrong, change your mind.

We’re Benjamin Sandén and Zander Flamander. Before we founded Mellovy AB, we spent months on discovery calls with tech-forward companies and ambitious operators. Now Benjamin builds the product. And Zander leads marketing and talks with the people we’re building it for.

Benjamin Sandén

Founder

I’m an AI engineer and a dad, but I didn’t start out in tech at all. I spent years in restaurants and playing records as a DJ, and when I decided I wanted a career in IT, I had no degree to show anyone. I kept at it on my own, every day, until someone was willing to take a chance on me.

It took a couple of years. Today I’m an AI engineer at Region Halland, where I’m part of the team that built the AI portal that people across the region use at work, and in 2025 that team won the region’s Innovation of the Year award.

I started Mellovy because I want my kids to grow up in a better world, one where we spend our brains on what moves us forward instead of on pointless crap. I’m taking it to the whole world. Doubt isn’t part of the plan, because you only fail if you give up, and I don’t.

Zander Flamander

Co-founder, marketing and customers

Zander has led groups and teams at a large logistics group. And that’s where he learned up close how a company shouldn’t work. Now he runs our marketing and talks with the people we’re building Mellovy for.

We built it
on the research.

Agents degrade over time even when the model never changes. Errors spread when nothing checks the result. Corrections that become tests make the same mistake come back less often.
