Mellovy currently has no open roles. This notice applies if you send Mellovy information about yourself for a possible job, internship or other work opportunity. Our website does not currently provide a job application form.
1. Who is responsible for your information?

2. Information we receive
We process the information you choose to send us, such as your name and contact details, CV or résumé, work and education history, skills, portfolio or professional profile links, and the contents of your messages. Please do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you are entitled to provide it.
If we receive an application or recruitment inquiry through a communication channel, we use the information in that communication and any follow-up you choose to provide. We do not describe or operate an online candidate account or application form on this website.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
We use the information to read and assess your inquiry or application, communicate with you about it, and decide whether to take further steps towards a possible working relationship. We rely on our legitimate interests in receiving and assessing applications and responding to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, we rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
4. Who may receive the information?
Relevant Mellovy personnel may access information when needed to review and respond to it. If an external service provider is used to handle a particular communication, it receives only information needed for that purpose and is subject to applicable data protection terms.
5. How long we keep it
We keep application or inquiry information only for as long as needed to assess it, communicate with you and close the process. We then delete or anonymize it unless we must keep particular information to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Any such retained information is limited to what is needed for that purpose and is deleted when the obligation or claim-related need ends. The time needed depends on the nature and status of the communication.
6. International transfers
If a service provider processes your information outside the EU/EEA, we use a transfer mechanism permitted by GDPR Chapter V, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary safeguards where needed.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of processing. Data portability applies only where the GDPR's conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected].
